Wayne is the son of the founder, Arthur W. Overton, and a former chief school administrator. Wayne holds a BA in Psychology, an MS and Ed D. in Education. He is also a graduate of American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service. Wayne was the first president of Hospice of the South Shore, a former president of the Islip Chamber of Commerce, former chief of the Islip Fire Department, past commander of the Great South Bay Power Squadron and a founding member and first secretary of the Nassau-Suffolk Funeral Directors Association. Wayne retired as Licensed Manager at the end of 2003.

Nancy joined the firm in 1983 and serves as Vice President. She is the granddaughter of the founder and daughter of longtime previous manager, the late Fred L. Voss and the late Shirley Overton Voss. Nancy is responsible for accounting, payroll, budgets, record keeping, correspondence, and overall administration. She is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs School. Nancy is also one of four Notary Publics employed at the funeral home.

Eric joined the firm in September 2001 and became manager upon Wayne's retirement at the beginning of 2004. Eric is the son of Nancy Buehler, the grand nephew of Wayne, grandson of Fred, and great grandson of the founder. He is a graduate of Islip High School, New York University and American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service.  Eric is on the Board of Directors of the Islip Rotary Club and the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet, and is former President and Board Member of the Islip Chamber of Commerce. He is also a former Vestryman of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, an active member of the Islip Republican Club and the Islip Fire Department, as well as a part time employee of the Town of Islip Parks & Recreation Department. He lives in Islip with his wife Debbie, daughter Emma, and yellow lab Chloe. Eric is an avid film buff and is an aspiring screenwriter.

Lois is the wife of Wayne and has been a funeral director since 1986. She is a former nurse and Phys Ed teacher. Lois has an AAS in Recreation from Suffolk Community College, a BS in Physical Education from Hofstra University, an MS in Special Education from CW Post College and an AAS in Mortuary Science from SUNY Farmingdale. Lois is a trustee of the Islip Public Library and is active with the Bay Shore Lions Club. Lois retired in May 2003 but remains a licensed funeral director.

Bob is a lifelong Islip resident and has been with the funeral home since 1972. He attended Dowling College and received his degree in Mortuary Science from SUNY Farmingdale. He is responsible for the firm's embalming and preparation work. Bob serves the community as an active member of the Islip Fire Department. He is an avid fisherman, swimmer, and is a former lifeguard. He also owns a home in Ocean Bay Park on Fire Island.

Originally a funeral director from Sayville, Mike has been with us since 1996. He has a Bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College and an AAS in Mortuary Science from Nassau Community College. He married his wife Maria in 1996, has two sons and is a resident of West Islip. Mike has worked in the funeral industry since he was seventeen years old and after twenty-plus years in the business, he still loves his job and the aspect of helping families in need. In his free time he enjoys swimming, photography, and being with his family. He is also one of four Notary Publics employed at the funeral home.
